The Ignition Suite · three places per intake

Diagnose.
Then build.

We find where AI pays back fastest in your business, then build it, run it and keep optimising it until the numbers move. Nothing is installed on a guess.

First, we
look inside.

Your Payback Roadmap

Ranked by
what pays back.

Scroll

Most AI firms hand you a list of features. We hand you a roadmap.

Weeks one and two

Your real figures,
then a baseline

We interview your key people, get to your true numbers and measure a baseline. Out of that comes your Payback Roadmap: every opportunity ranked by revenue and by speed of return. The one at the top is Priority A.

Weeks three and four

Priority A
goes live.

Priority A

The first fix,
built and running

We design, build and launch the fix at the top of your roadmap, usually the one that makes money fastest from what you already have. The aim: your first month’s investment back within 30 days of go-live.

The Ignition Suite

Tier A pays for it.
Tier B makes it permanent.

01 · Tier A · Database Reactivation

Work the list
you already own

The past customers and lost enquiries sitting in your CRM, contacted properly for the first time. Often the fastest money, because you’ve already paid to acquire them.

02 · Tier A · Speed to Lead

Reply before
it goes cold

Every new enquiry answered in minutes, at any hour of the week, then qualified and booked in for your team.

03 · Tier A · 48-Hour Follow-Up

Nobody quietly
dropped

The enquiries that don’t book on first contact are followed up over the next two days, until they book or give you a clear no.

04 · Tier A · Reputation Management

Reviews asked for,
every time

Happy customers are asked for a review without anyone having to remember, and unhappy ones are flagged to you first.

05 · Tier A · Voice AI Receptionist

Calls answered
after hours

An AI receptionist for the calls your team can’t get to, so an enquiry at 9pm on Sunday isn’t answered on Tuesday.

06 · Tier B · Supporting automations

What keeps
the money coming

The triggers, reminders, reporting and handovers your interviews uncover: renewal prompts, rebooking reminders, missed-call text-back, the handover between departments that keeps dropping.

We don’t install all of it. Your roadmap decides what goes in, and in what order.

The four-month roadmap

Four months, in order.

Month 1

Diagnostic and Priority A

Interviews, true figures and a baseline in weeks one and two. Priority A designed, built and live in weeks three and four.

Month 2

Acceleration

The next fixes go live in roadmap order, each tuned against the baseline. By the end of the month you’re reading a weekly report in pounds.

Month 3

Full ignition

The remaining Tier A engines go in wherever the diagnostic found a leak. Then the Tier B build-out begins.

Month 4

Dashboard and review

Your live dashboard on one screen, systems you own, and a full review with you of what changed.

After month four, with the improved numbers in front of you, you decide the level of retained support, on a rolling quarterly basis.

The guarantee

We carry
the risk

If attributable gross profit hasn’t covered your full programme fee by the end of month four, measured against the baseline and attribution method we agree before launch, we keep working at no charge until it has. And if the month-one diagnostic doesn’t find at least the cost of working with us in recoverable gross profit, you can stop there. You pay for month one only, and the roadmap is yours to keep.

Places

Three businesses
per intake

This isn’t a scarcity tactic, it’s a time issue. Month one takes as much time with you and your team as it needs, and we can’t do that for twelve businesses at once. When the three places are filled, the waitlist for the next intake opens.

Fit

Who it’s for,
and who it isn’t

Established businesses with around 200 enquiries a month or more, a team that can take more appointments than it gets now, and real figures you’re willing to share (we’re happy to sign a mutual NDA). It isn’t for anyone who wants a tool rather than a diagnosis.

Who you work with

The track record is in the founders, not the logo.

Auto Logic Labs is a new business, and we don’t hide it. So we won’t show you a wall of case studies we haven’t earned yet. What we can show you is what the three of us bring, and a guarantee behind the outcome.

Co-founder

Nick Staples

Built and sold an eight-figure fuel card business, then ran and sold a vehicle leasing brokerage. He knows what it costs when an enquiry sits unanswered for an afternoon.

Co-founder

Giles Gair

37 years in automotive retail, 24 of them running BMW and MINI dealerships. He knows where poor follow-up and weak handovers quietly restrict conversion, retention and repeat business.

Co-founder

Jack Goddard

Twelve years building technical solutions, direct response marketing, automations and paid advertising for clients around the world. He leads the build and the strategy, so nothing we recommend is something we can’t deliver.

Before you book

What you’re probably thinking.

“AI won’t work for us.”

It might not. That’s what month one is for. Most AI gets bought before anyone has looked at the business, with no baseline to prove anything. That’s prescribing before diagnosing. What we install is what your business tells us it needs.

“We don’t have time to install a new system.”

You don’t install it. We do. Your time in month one is a workshop and 30 to 40 minutes per key person. It sits on the CRM you already run, and nobody has to learn new software.

“We don’t have enough old leads.”

200 enquiries a month is 2,400 a year, and very few businesses chase every one of them. If your database really is thin, Speed to Lead becomes Priority A instead. The roadmap decides.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee for a minimum of four months, with no setup fee. We’ll give you the figure on the discovery call, once we both know it’s a fit.

Are we locked in?

No. If month one doesn’t find at least the cost of working with us in recoverable gross profit, you can stop there, pay for month one only and keep the roadmap. After month four, support is rolling and you choose the level.

Getting started

From first call to kick-off.

Step 1

Discovery call

A conversation with you and one or two key people. No cost, no deposit. We say no to more businesses than we say yes to.

Step 2

Your plan

A presentation showing exactly where the suite would focus in your business and what Priority A would be. Yours to keep either way.

Step 3

You decide

If it makes sense to both of us, you take one of the three places. First invoice at kick-off, nothing before.

Step 4

Kick-off

A workshop in week one, then the interviews, arranged around your working hours.
